ABOUT THE EVENT

BREAKING THROUGH GENDER STEREOTYPES TO DRIVE CREATIVE CHANGE

Despite real progress in women empowerment in the GCC, imbalances between men and women, rooted in gender biases, can still feel pretty stark in the workplace, harming both female employees and the organization itself.

But empowered women can make for a better, happier, more stable, and more productive place to work.

To better reflect this evolving environment, the longstanding Marketing to Women conference underwent a transformation of its own, becoming Communicate’s first Women to Watch Conference.

Join us to:

  • Learn about the state of gender equality in the region’s creative industries;
  • Participate in a constructive dialogue around women’s experiences in these industries;
  • Discover who is changing the name of the game and driving inclusivity;
  • Meet female mentors and role models who can share their experiences – and yours.
