BREAKING THROUGH GENDER STEREOTYPES TO DRIVE CREATIVE CHANGE
The Kingdom’s inclusive Vision 2030 aims to diversify and strengthen the nation’s economy, leading to Saudi Arabia being ranked number one in terms of economic and social progress for women out of 190 economies. This progress is evident in the increasing number of women receiving advanced degrees, enrolling in STEM fields, and owning 40 percent of small and medium-sized startups.
The empowerment of Saudi Arabian women is at the heart of the Kingdom’s ‘Vision 2030’ reform program with the stated aim of increasing women participation in the job market from 22 percent to 30 percent.
Building on the success of our 2023 edition, we’re bringing Women to Watch Conference to KSA, serving as a pivotal extension to Communicate’s mission to empower women in their personal and professional journeys. As we convene in the vibrant landscape of Saudi Arabia, our goal is to address the distinctive challenges faced by women in the region, fostering dialogue, inspiration, and action.
The Women to Watch Conference is a platform dedicated to celebrating the achievements of women while tackling the pressing issues surrounding gender equality and biases in the workplace. This year, we bring together thought leaders, influencers, and change-makers to share insights and strategies for navigating the unique landscape for women in Saudi Arabia.
Anyone – man or woman, rising star or role-model in the making, entrepreneur or legacy leader, employed or looking for work – interested in discussing how organizational culture can and should embrace gender equality to drive innovation and nurture growth.
To better understand women in industries that are driving change, learn from those who pave the way, share your own insights, and connect with peers who have similar lived experiences in the region.
